Center Overview
Aquatic Bioresources Training Centre was established in 2016 And Saddled with the Mandates to Identify Peculiar Resources Indigenous to Taraba South Senatorial District of Taraba State. The Centre is located on 175 hectares of land and various projects are still on going as follows:
(1) Administrative Building (2) Advanced Bioresources Laboratory and Bioresources Information & Communication Technology & Bioinformatics Complex. (3) Senior Research Fellow Quarters. (Twin 3 Bedroom Flats). (4) Research Chalets (10 Rooms – 1bedroom & Parlour Flats). (5) Students Trainees Hostel (19 Rooms Students Hostel).

Dr Patrick is a graduate of the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta. He has a BSc. Agriculture (Major in Crop Science), an M.Sc. in Applied Plant Sciences, from University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a PhD in Plant Breeding, from Imperial College, London. United Kingdom.
