Communication: An Overview

The Communication and Protocol Unit of a biotechnology agency plays a critical role in managing the agency’s internal and external communications, public engagement, scientific transparency, and adherence to formal procedures in official interactions.

In a field as sensitive and impactful as biotechnology, this unit ensures that accurate information is disseminated, stakeholder relationships are well-managed, and all engagements follow professional and diplomatic protocols.

Comunication Unit: Who we are

We are essential for maintaining transparency, public trust, scientific literacy, and diplomatic professionalism. It acts as the bridge between scientific experts, regulatory authorities, policymakers, the media, and the general public. In an era where biotech decisions can trigger global attention, this unit ensures the agency communicates clearly, credibly, and ethically.
