Nigeria, China Strengthen Cooperation for Innovation and Development

The Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Chief Uche Nnaji, on Tuesday, received the Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria, Yu Dunhai of the People’s Republic of China alongside Directors General of agencies under the Ministry, including Prof. Abdullahi Mustapha, Director General of the National Biotechnology Research and Development Agency (NBRDA).

Discussions focused on partnership opportunities in agriculture, medical biotechnology, renewable energy, digital innovation, and other key areas.

The meeting reaffirmed Nigeria’s commitment to partnerships that align with the Renewed Hope Agenda and position the nation for inclusive growth and sustainable development.
